I am in a serious situation! I have been getting very sick for the past three years and to make a long story short it is due to a factory in my town releasing tons of toxic chemicals and I mean that literally(600,000 lbs per year) and I dont know what to do to bring this to the right persons attention. I cant express how seriously this is affecting mine and my families health and we cant open windows now or even go outside much anymore because of the chemicals being breathed in and the sudden chest pains,burning of the nose and eyes and sudden breathlessness,pains in body,etc.,etc.! Someone PLEASE help!

Thanks for this post (I found it from Wikipedia). I was beginning to think I was the only one who found this affiliation disturbing. I’ve unsubscribed from Live Earth’s email list, and am publicizing the facts about Dow however I can with no money or microphone. It isn’t well received because the “legitimate” environmentalists are all hyping this event like mad — which it is.
